About Law Office of W. Brice Cottongame, P.C.
When a serious injury or wrongful death turns life upside down, you need more than just legal help – you need personal attention from someone who truly knows this area of the law and who will know your name.
A Law Firm Focused on Accountability
We do not refer cases out simply because litigation is required. We handle our cases and are fully prepared to file suit, go to court, and take the case to trial if needed. Whether the goal is a settlement or a verdict, we are committed to doing what’s best for our clients.
Over the years, we have represented clients from all over Texas and the country, including police officers, lawyers, doctors, teachers, and injured people from all walks of life – all of whom came to us because someone else’s negligence caused them harm or loss. While many cases resolve outside of court, some must go to trial. We are ready for both paths, whichever is in our client’s best interests.
